DESCRIPTION:The ‘Cavalcada del Ninot’\, Ninot Parade\, is a procession where members of fallas commissions dress up and parody current topics\, faithful to the satirical and critical spirit of the fallas\, with a lot of humor. The figures or ‘ninots’\, in general\, will not be placed in the fallas or are those in the Ninot Exhibition\, as it used to be. However\, the parade is concluded by the initial pieces that will be assembled for the Municipal Falla\, located in the Town Hall Square\, which this year is named ‘Two Doves. One Branch. \nThe parade route starts at Plaça Alfons el Magnànim\, then continues along Carrer La Pau\, San Vicent Màrtir\, Plaça de l’Ajuntament\, and ends on Xàtiva\, in front of the Estació del Nord or North Station. \nIt’s best to arrive a bit early and stay at a point along the route to see the Fallas commissions pass by\, rather than following the parade closely. \nDate not yet confirmed\, but mostly.

DESCRIPTION:This event\, revived from its origins in 1961\, brings the nostalgic tradition of the Fallas to life. In Plaça de l’Arbre\, located in the El Carme neighborhood\, different groups from various fallas commissions perform this historical custom. They carry furniture on an ‘estoreta velleta’ (old rug) and sing a traditional song\, just as it was done in the past. These pieces of furniture\, originally intended to be burned in the Fallas\, now serve as a link to Valencia’s cultural heritage.

DESCRIPTION:On the last day of the Fallas\, before the monuments are burned\, there’s one last parade to celebrate: the ‘Cavalcada del Foc’ or Fire Parade. \nThe Fire Parade is essentially a ‘Correfocs’ or Fire Run\, a procession where ‘dimonis’ or demons shoot sparks\, accompanied by mythological figures\, and playfully frighten attendees. This parade celebrates the upcoming ‘Cremà’ when the fallas will be burned. \nWhile the sparks aren’t dangerous\, you may experience slight discomfort on the skin and minor burns on clothing\, so it’s advisable to wear natural fabrics like cotton and clothes you don’t mind getting damaged. Additionally\, it’s useful to have a scarf to cover your mouth and breathe less smoke. \nThe 2024 Valencia Fallas Fire Parade starts at 7 p.m. on Calle de la Paz and continues to Porta del Mar.

Fireworks by the pyrotechnicians Caballer Fx. \nThe ‘Nit del Foc’ in Valencian\, Night of Fire\, is the largest fireworks display of all the Fallas\, surpassing any other night or mascletà. Undoubtedly\, a must-see. Thirty minutes of a grand spectacle that combines traditional pyrotechnics with the latest technologies.

These flowers adorn the figure until\, on the 19th\, it is fully adorned with flowers. \nBeyond the religious sentiment\, it is an event worth seeing. Once completed\, the scent of flowers fills the Plaza de la Virgen\, and its imposing mantle of flowers leaves no one indifferent. \nMost of the fallas in València make the entire pilgrimage on foot\, but others from more distant locations or other municipalities come by bus to complete the final stretch. There are two final stretches\, depending on the origin of the fallas: San Vicente Mártir Street from Plaza de España to Plaza de la Virgen\, or Paz Street from Parterre to Virgin Square passing through Queen Square.
